This year marked significant milestones for Gren as we continued to expand and enhance our operations to meet the growing demand for affordable, sustainable, and innovative energy solutions. This is what positively different energy looks like in action.

• In the UK, we acquired 50% ownership of the South Clyde Energy Centre project in Glasgow, an important part of the infrastructure under construction, which will serve over 600,000 people in the future.
• We continued to expand through strategic acquisitions, including an energy company in the Viljandi region of Estonia and a biomass CHP plant in Riga, further strengthening our footprint in the Baltics.
• Across the Baltics, we made substantial investments in expansion projects and infrastructure upgrades, connecting new customers to our networks and providing secure, sustainable, and affordable energy.
• Strategic partnerships, such as our collaboration with Juodeliai in Lithuania, have showcased our ability to deliver tailored energy solutions that contribute to long-term sustainable success, built together with our partners.

This year, we launched a refreshed website and brand strategy, underscoring Gren’s position as a trusted leader in sustainable energy. The publication of our first ESG report highlighted our commitment to transparency and responsible business practices, reinforcing our dedication to environmental, social, and governance principles.

As we look ahead to 2025, we remain committed to growth, innovation, and creating sustainable energy solutions that drive progress for our partners and communities. We will continue to pursue our purpose of energizing the future by strengthening our offerings, expanding our reach, and leading with purpose and vision in the energy sector.
