Dalius Misiunas appointed as a Supervisory Board member of Gren Group

Dalius Misiunas has been appointed as a Supervisory Board member of Gren – the Northern European green energy company. He joins 5 other members of the Supervisory Board: Matti Viljo (Chairman), Baiba Anda Rubesa, David Daum, Nicholas Pepper and Urmo Heinam.

Dalius Misiunas is an experienced, determined, and motivating business executive with a range of experience in engineering and management consulting, utility industry, manufacturing and retail. Dalius Misiunas will bring highly valuable experience to the Gren’s Supervisory Board in the areas of strategy development, corporate governance, efficiency improvement, business development and innovation management.

Dalius Misiunas is the Rector of ISM University of Management and Economics. Dalius has more than 10 years of experience in various business organizations: Ernst & Young, Lietuvos Energija, Maxima Group and SWECO. He is also an independent member of the Board and Chairman of the AUGA Group and an independent member of the supervisory council at Swedbank Lithuania. Dalius Misiunas was educated in Kaunas University of Technology, later continued his studies at Lund University in Sweden, where he obtained a doctorate. He has completed the Executive Program for Professional Board member at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
