Gren launches its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

On March 25, Gren launched its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) across its operating locations in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The survey runs until April 16 and aims to gather valuable feedback from our residential and business customers about the services we provide and how we can improve.

The CSS is conducted in cooperation with our long-term research partner Kantar, using both email invitations and telephone interviews. Participation is anonymous, and all responses are handled confidentially and analyzed in a generalized form. Each interview takes approximately 10 minutes.

Gren has been conducting the CSS annually since 2011, and it remains a vital tool for tracking our progress and identifying development opportunities.
