Gren’s latest customer satisfaction survey shows consistently strong results across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, highlighting customers’ trust in Gren’s district heating services, customer support and operational performance.

In the 2026 survey, Estonia achieved an outstanding customer satisfaction score of 97, while Latvia and Lithuania both recorded a strong score of 80. All three countries performed well above utility industry benchmarks in Europe and globally, where average customer satisfaction scores are around 64 points.

The results demonstrate the trust customers place in Gren’s energy infrastructure and reinforce the company’s focus on operational excellence and long-term customer relationships.

Customers value reliability, service and expertise

Customers particularly rated Gren highly for:

  • reliable district heating services
  • clear and accurate invoicing
  • professional and responsive customer service
  • competent production and service teams
  • a trusted and credible brand

The results reflect Gren’s commitment to high standards across the entire value chain, from energy production and distribution to invoicing and customer support.

“These results show that customers value our reliability, our people and the way we deliver our services every day,” said Urmo Heinam, CEO of Gren Baltics. “Customer feedback also helps us identify opportunities to improve and ensure customers clearly understand the value we provide.”

Customer feedback supports continuous improvement

The survey also identified opportunities for further development. Across all three Baltic countries, customers expressed interest in clearer communication about the value behind energy pricing and stronger advisory support to help them make informed and efficient energy choices.

Gren will use these insights to further improve customer experience, strengthen communication and enhance the energy solutions that support homes, businesses and communities across the region.
