Notice to shareholders, creditors, and employees of Gren Estonia Oy and Gren Holding Company B.V.

Gren is contemplating a cross-border merger whereby Gren Holding Company B.V., under the laws of The Netherlands, will merge into Gren Estonia Oy. The merging company does not carry out any significant operational business and does not have any employees.

The planned date for the merging companies to resolve on the cross-border merger is 9th December 2024.
