We are now looking for a Concept Manager to join our  team

As a Concept Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop viable processing solutions, and transforming early-stage concepts into project-ready designs that are:

• Sustainable
• Aligned with customer needs
• Executable within defined schedules, scopes, and operational performance

In this role, you will identify solution opportunities for customers and shape the initial vision of each project. You will collaborate with industrial clients to create sustainable, value-driven technical solutions. This involves defining mass and energy balances, creating process flow diagrams and other technical documents, and preparing CAPEX and OPEX calculations. You will also initiate procurement of key technologies and pre-engineering works while coordinating with our project management and O&M teams during the project development and pre-engineering phase.

Location: Estonia

To succeed in this role we expect you to have

• Relevant university level education, such as  Process Engineering or Energy Technology
• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience, with practical expertise in thermal separation processes, especially evaporation, drying, or crystallization, covering planning, project execution, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Process engineering experience, with additional value placed on experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong teamwork capabilities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both Finnish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Willingness to travel within locations where Gren operates.
